This doll is 14cm tall and inspired by the winter season. I have used the colours that I see around me during this time of year, which are green and brown. I have included colour work in this design, based on traditional motifs used in Fair Isle knitting. Here is the first doll design of my season collection dolls, with a spring doll being available later in the year. This pattern is an Intermediate knitting pattern. The doll would look wonderful amongst a nature display, with leaves and twigs surrounding it.
