Teapot Cosy Knitting Pattern

Here is a knitted teapot cosy for a 4-cup traditional teapot. It is knitted with double knitting wool, which has been doubled. If you do not have DK wool, then chunky wool can be used instead.

The knitting uses diagonal garter stitch, which is a lovely pattern of twisted marshmallow sweets.

The cosy is simple to make, with some experience, and is finished off with a cord at the top of the cosy.

It makes a perfect gift for those who love teapot cosies.
