The bag is 14.5cm in length. The bag is knitted in double knitting wool & worked flat. You will need cotton fabric, sewing thread & dried lavender to make the lavender pillow.

Lavender Bag Pattern |
This is an easy to make lavender bag.
The bag uses up scraps of wool & very simple to knit. You do not have to make the lavender pillows, it can just be used as a gift bag.
The knitting pattern is easy to follow, with plenty of photographs.

ABBREVIATIONS:
K = Knit
P = Purl
st[s] – Stitch[es]
stst – Stocking Stitch
Sl1 purlwise = slip the next stitch on the left needle onto the right needle, without knitting into it, as a purl stitch
yf = Yarn forward (at the front of the work)
yb = Yarn back (at the back of the work)
yfrn – Yarn forward and round needle; bring wool from the back to the front of the work, then over the right hand needle to the back, to make a stitch, then knit the next stitch, this makes a new stitch to knit into on the next row
K2tog – Knit two stitches together
( ) repeat the stitches in the brackets by the instructions after the brackets
