Textured Tweed Teapot Cosy Knitting Pattern |
Using double thread, combined with the texture of the stitch, this makes the cosies thick & padded, which will keep the teapot warm.
I love the colour combination, this is something I would never think to use and I am delighted with the finished result.
The pattern comes with a basic knitting instructions booklet for beginners.
ABBREVIATIONS:
K = Knit
P = Purl
st[s] – Stitch[es]
Sl1 purlwise = slip the next stitch on the left needle onto the right needle, without knitting into it, as a purl stitch
yf - Yarn forward (at the front of the work)
yb - Yarn back (at the back of the work)
K2tog – Knit two together
( ) repeat the stitches in the brackets by the instructions after the brackets
